The female vocal group, Almost Angels, is on an amazingly fast track to stardom. They are one of the hottest, most dynamic and explosive female
cover bands; entertaining audiences in the casino and corporate entertainment markets, both in the U.S. and abroad. In the summer of 2008,
producers, Dan Mulhern, Doug Allen and Seth Yudof brought Almost Angels to the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. Before the end
of that summer, it was clear to Trump Entertainment Resorts that they had struck gold. With sights set to take every aspect of the act and the production
to an even higher level, the producers, in collaboration with Steve Gietka, Vice President of Entertainment for Trump Entertainment Resorts, and
lead vocalist/choreographer, Gina Cannuscio (Gina C.), held exhaustive auditions in New York City, attracting hundreds of applicants from across the
country. The result has yielded an all new cast and production for 2009, surpassing all expectations.
Today, Almost Angels are creating the kind of hysteria associated with national, mega-hit, pop bands. “I really wanted to turn up the heat for our summer
return to the Trump Taj Mahal. The choreography is very challenging, hot and sassy. It’s the type of choreography you would see on the concert stages
of Madonna, Britney or Pink. It’s just hot!” says Gina C. “Almost Angels rival The Pussycat Doll, ” says Steve Gietka. Consisting of five striking female vocalists,
an electrifying DJ/hype girl, and two amazing male musicians/vocalists, Almost Angels deliver their special brand of party music, spanning pop and rock, old
school R&B and hip hip, right up to today’s most contemporary hits. If you’re looking for a dance party and a show like no other, prepare to be seduced
by Almost Angels. It’s pure entertainment!
